Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you should be dissatisfied with your purchase, please return within fourteen days in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement of the item. However, due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earplugs unless they are unopened.

If the item is not as described or an item has been sent in error, then a refund for your postage will also be given.
